Over the last year I have spent over 500.00 dollars here and well over a 1000 if you go back 2 years. I bought a 12 lb sledge for 50 dollars here... I noticed the handle looked like it had a small crack once I got home but thought it might be just a scratch. So I went to work busting a cast iron tub up. On the second swing it cracked from the head to the middle of the handle.... I've never seen that happen so easily before. Sent my gf to return or exchange it while I tried to finish with a smaller sledge. And the told her that they could see a mark on the handle were it hit something which is bull. So when she got home and told me I called them and he was rude. So I said I've spent hundreds over the last couple months and your gonna lose a customer over a 50 faulty sledge and to my surprise he hung up on me. That seriously ercked me and took all I had from going back up there. Now the man and woman that you see in there all the time are the owners and they are rude as all get out but you put up with it cause that's how some are and the rest of their staff are nice. But after that I won't ever go there again. Also if him or her reads this... FYI I just moved into a old house and started tearing out the bathroom, hallway and the laundry room and that's just a start and you lost that business too.
Although while selection is nice the real 5-star goes to the owners. They're always floating around looking to help and I've yet to see him or her have a bad day.
